A blend of 10% Chardonnay, 20% Macabeu, 30% Xarel.lo, 30% Parellada. Made from mosto flor, only the juice from 50% of the first press, Festis The Bronze (label and capsule) Cava from Festis spends 12 months on the lees and can hold its own with many non-vintage Champagnes.
Festis Brut Nature NV Cava has floral aromas with notes of peach and lime. On the palate it has a fine texture, a vivid crispness and is bone dry, which makes it a great accompaniment to a wide variety of foods from Spanish/Catalan tapas to oysters, shellfish and Oriental dishes.

A blend of 10% Chardonnay, 20% Macabeu, 30% Xarel.lo, 30% Parellada. Made from mosto flor, only the juice from 50% of the first pneumatically pressed grapes, aged 18 months on the lees.
Festis Cava Silver Brut Nature 2009, another Champagne quality Cava, pale yellow with hints of green and has a fine bead of bubbles in the glass. The nose is floral and fruity, with notes of jasmine and orange blossom complimented by bracing citrus. On the palate this sparkler is crisp and bone dry, supported by a backbone of that brut nature (no dosage) raciness and fine acidity.
Festis Cava Silver Brut Nature 2009 is an excellent palate-cleansing wine that like the Bronze Brut Nature goes with a wide variety of foods including tapas, seafood, dishes with rich sauces and complex modern Catalan cocina de vanguardia dishes.

A blend of 10% Chardonnay, 20% Macabeu, 30% Xarel.lo, 30% Parellada, this Cava spends 30 months aging on the lees.
It has an inviting gold-tinged color laced with a very fine bubble bead. On the nose are notes of brioche and almond pastries. On the palate this Cava is intense, well-balanced, and very dry.
